Refunds for podcast cover art services are only applicable under specific circumstances.

  • Refunds for Completed Work: Once the podcast cover art has been delivered to you, no refunds will be processed. You are entitled to one revision after the initial delivery.

  • Cancellation before Completion: If you decide to cancel your order before the design process is initiated, a full refund will be provided.

Our podcast editing services are designed to enhance the quality of your content. Refund considerations are as follows:

  • Refunds for Completed Editing: Once the podcast editing is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. You are entitled to one revision after the initial delivery.

  • Cancellation before Editing: If you cancel your podcast editing order before the editing process begins, a full refund will be provided.

Show Notes

Our show notes service aims to provide comprehensive summaries of your podcast episodes. Please note the following refund guidelines:

  • Refunds for Completed Show Notes: Once the show notes are delivered to you, no refunds will be processed. You are entitled to one revision after the initial delivery.

  • Cancellation before Completion: If you decide to cancel your show notes order before the writing process starts, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel any ongoing service, follow these guidelines:

  • Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the next billing date.

  • Self-Cancellation: Users are encouraged to manage cancellations through their user accounts. Ensure cancellation is completed before the next billing cycle.

  • Requesting Account Cancellation: If you prefer us to cancel your account, notify us at least five (5) days before your renewal date through our contact form, including your full name, email address, and phone number.

Coupons & Promotions

Occasionally, we may offer promotions or discounts. Understand the terms and conditions:

  • Coupon Usage: Coupons are specific to the mentioned item or transaction and cannot be combined unless specified.

  • Coupon Expiry: Coupons must be applied before the expiration date; otherwise, the promotion will be forfeited.
